Hello! I am Carrie Windett
Board Certified Art Therapist + Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in MN
As a therapist, I feel deeply honored to hold space for women navigating the many layers of life—grief, trauma, identity, motherhood, relationships, and the ongoing journey back to themselves. My own healing has shaped the way I show up in this work: with empathy, intuition, and a belief in the strength that lives within every woman. I know what it’s like to lose your footing—and to slowly, bravely, find your way back home.
I’ve always been a deep feeler, someone who turns to creativity and intuition to make sense of the inner world. These tools continue to guide me, and I love helping other women access their own inner wisdom and resilience in a space that feels safe, authentic, and supportive.
Outside the therapy room, I’m a wife and a mom to two young girls who keep life full of laughter and perspective. I find joy in nature, reading, and even the simple ritual of pulling weeds in my garden. My faith in Jesus is at the heart of my life, and I connect with Him through prayer, creativity (both solo and in community), and journaling.
Lately, I’ve been embracing slower, more nurturing rhythms—caring for my body with walks, stretching, nourishing foods, and exploring more natural, holistic ways of living.
